I was introduced to Justin Leonard CSCS about two years ago, and need not look further.  Traveling  across town twice a week I actually look forward to my training session with Justin. I am highly trained in therapeutic modalities of the musculo-skeletal nature.  Justin compliments my knowledge with his great enthusiasm for the science of sports medicine in the realm of personal training, and he can assess a client’s needs better than some of my colleagues. His highly professional manner always keeps me at ease as he pays close attention to my workout breathing, form and function. Always answering in a manner that quickly and directly explains why we are doing what we are doing on that particular day. And best of all I am moving mountains in the advancement of my fitness regime. I have the highest admiration for Justin Leonard and give him my sincerest recommendation.

Working with  Justin helped  me  achieve my dreams unknown to me when I first started with him.  Coming from a small town where not many successful athletes are produced, I knew I needed something to help me excel. I trained with Justin for 6 months before playing my first season of varsity football my senior year. APS helped me prepare to perform on thefield, which led to me earining the opportunity to play collegiate football. I attribute a lot of my success to working with Justin and recommend him to any athlete looking to improve their athletic career.

If you want to have an advantage over your opponents, you need to train with Justin Leonard. I've trained with Justin since seventh grade. Each year he has incorporated the latest technology and exercises into our workouts. It's crazy how often I see the professionals doing the exercises we do. Justin stands out because he caters to each individual's needs. His workouts are intensse, focused, and fun. The gym truly has a family atomosphere. He isn't like the other companies that use the same workouts for all of their clients.I've seen huge improvements in my vertical,  quickness, and overall strength. Justin has been crucial to my my success in high school sports. Without him I wouldn't have won the honor of '2016 Lorain County Miss Basketball' or have been recruited to play collegiate basketball at Baldwin Wallace University.My college coaches have even complimented me on my form in the weight room. I'm so grateful to have the oportunity to train with him and i would recommend Justin to any athlete who wants to take his or her game to the next level.

Justin is not only knowledgeable about the physical attributes of strength and conditioning, but takes the time to learn each athletes strengths and weaknesses and how he can better them in the long run.  While working with Justin I've increased clubhead speed and yardage. I've been able to make the proper changes in my golf swing because of the specific work done in my workouts. Every exercise has a purpose and he's able to adjust and personalize every training session to work on things that will make you a better athlete.

Over the past few years Justin has done so much for me. I may not be the tallest kid but I've certainly developed in a certain way thanks to Justin. I've gotten stronger, faster, and more agile through his unique, individualized workouts. He doesn't just work one part of the body or overtrain anyone. My bench has gone up 30lbs, my squat/power clean technique has dramatically improved, and my overall strength has increased. Along with that, my sprint form has noticeably improved. All of this has helped me to not only perform better in high school but transition into college athletics a lot easier. It doesn't matter whether you're a strength athlete, power athlete, or just looking to improve overall fitness. Justin is the guy.
